Harukas 300 is the observation deck at Abeno Harukas, the 300-meter ultratall skyscraper complex. Enjoy a variety of changing scenery at different times of day and seasons. Visit the cafe bar for Pineapple Candy soft-serve ice cream that you can only find here. If you’re lucky, you may even be able to meet Abeno Bear, the Harukas 300 mascot.
