Abeno Tennoji - International landmark of Osaka

Abeno Tennoji is one of the main hubs of Osaka, alongside Umeda and Namba. Locations includes the famous Shitennoji Temple boasting a history of more than 1,400 years, the Abe Oji Shrine founded by the Emperor Nintoku, the Seimei-Jinja Shrine dedicated to the famous medium and spiritual advisor Abe no Seimei.

The Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts houses various important cultural properties in the Tennoji Park, which is modelled after the Daimyo gardens of the Edo period, and features the Keitakuen – garden of the former residence of the Sumitomo family.
